Originally from NYC, Chef Linda has worked in all facets of the food service industry. From fine French cuisine in restaurants like Alison on Dominic street where Tom Collicchio and Dan Silverman had their start to being a freelance cook for the food network. She climbed the culinary ladder in hotels like Hilton and Hyatt, country clubs and corporate dining. She even managed a sales territory with companies such as, Kraft general foods and US Food Service. Still doing private catering and teaching certification classes to chefs around the Vegas valley, Chef Linda stays in touch with a large network of industry professionals and is involved in organizations like ProStart with the National Restaurant Association. She helped write the Culinary Arts educational standards for secondary schools for the state of Nevada and is on the ServSafe item development committee. She climbed the culinary ladder in hotels like Hilton and Hyatt, country clubs and corporate dining. With her bachelors in marketing, she combined culinary and marketing through managing sales territories for companies such as Kraft General Foods and U.S. Foods. – ChefLinda
