If your schedule allows it, you can practice and before dinner, and throughout the day with breaks. The only thing is that it is impossible to do it immediately after a meal. Ideally, there should be at least two hours after eating. Also, it is not recommended to do exercises during illness or extreme fatigue. I conduct corporate classes during lunch breaks and they do a perfect job for employees with an eight hour desk based job!
